1904–05 Western Football League
The 1904–05 season was the 13th in the history of the Western Football League. Plymouth Argyle were the champions of Division One for the first time, and along with all the other members of Division One, also competed in the Southern League during this season. Western Football League
The Western Football League is a football league in South West England, covering Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, western Dorset, parts of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The league's current main sponsor is Toolstation, so it is also known as the Toolstation League. Recent restructuring of the English football league system has placed the two divisions, known as the Premier Division and Division One (each a maximum of twenty-two clubs) at the ninth and tenth tiers overall, known as Step 5 and Step 6 of the National League System. The champion club may apply for promotion to a Step 4 league, which in practice will almost certainly be the Southern League Division One South and West. Paulton () is a large village and civil parish, with a population of 5,302, located to the north of the Mendip Hills, very close to Norton Radstock in the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset (BANES), England. Paulton is a former coal mining village and the terminus of the Somerset Coal Canal is at Paulton basin, just north of the village. Warmley is a village in South Gloucestershire, England. Warmley is situated in between Bristol and Bath. It is a parish, with its own church, and has some minor landmarks, such as a World War One memorial the focus of Remembrance Services, and a statue of Neptune. It has a main lane, the High Street, having a Tesco and a post office, as well as a barber's. The former bicycle shop has been converted to flats. Trowbridge ( ) is the county town of Wiltshire, England, on the River Biss in the west of the county. Radstock is a town and civil parish on the northern slope of the Mendip Hills in Somerset, England, about south-west of Bath and north-west of Frome. It is within the area of the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset. The Radstock built-up area had a population of 9,419 at the 2011 Census.
