The 1902 Michigan Agricultural Aggies football team represented Michigan Agricultural College (MAC) in the 1902 college football season. In their second and final year under head coach George Denman, the Aggies compiled a 4–5 record and were outscored by their opponents 206 to 93. George Denman (American Football)
George Edward Denman (March 23, 1874 – June 5, 1952) was an American teacher and football, basketball, and baseball coach. He served as the third head football coach at Michigan Agricultural College, now known as Michigan State University, from 1901 to 1902, compiling a record of 7–9–1. Bemies was also the second head basketball coach at Michigan Agricultural from 1901 to 1903, tallying a mark of 11–0, and the head coach of Michigan Agricultural's baseball team from 1902 to 1903, where his record was 9–15–1. Albion is a city in Calhoun County in the south central region of the Lower Peninsula of the U.S. state of Michigan. Regents Field
Ferry Field (known as Regents Field before 1902) was the home field for the University of Michigan football team from 1893 to 1905. It was located along South State Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where Schembechler Hall stands today. The Board of Regents of the University of Michigan authorized $3,000 in 1890 (equivalent to $,000 in ) for the purchase of land to build a new football field. The 1902 Michigan Wolverines football team represented the University of Michigan in the 1902 Western Conference football season. In their second year under head coach Fielding H. Yost, Michigan finished the season undefeated with an 11–0 record, outscored their opponents by a combined score of 644 to 12, and became known as the second of Yost's famed "Point-a-Minute" teams. With a conference record of 5–0, Michigan won the Big Nine Conference championship. Old College Field
Old College Field is an area on the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. The school broke ground in 1900 to provide a place for the varsity baseball team to play. Today, the area includes facilities for baseball, soccer, and softball. It is located on a floodplain on the inside of a bend in the Red Cedar River.
