Dina Edling
Dina (Bernhardina) Edling, née Niehoff (14 November 1854 – 9 January 1935) was a Swedish opera singer (mezzo-soprano), singing teacher, and member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Music. She debuted at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm in 1876, and was employed there in 1877–1892. She was elected to the Royal Swedish Academy of Music in 1885. She was given Litteris et Artibus in 1890. Vilhelm Pettersson
Per Johan Vilhelm Pettersson (1814-1854), was a Swedish ballet dancer. He was an elite member of first the Royal Swedish Ballet during the mid 19th-century, and a deputy ballet master. Vilhelm Pettersson was reportedly from a poor background as the son of laborers. During his childhood, he was once asked to perform a simple extra role in a ballet performance, and liked it so much that he wished to become a dancer. He became a student of the Royal Swedish Ballet in 1826, premier student in 1834, second-dancer in 1835, and was a premier- and grotesque dancer in 1838-54. During the 1830s, he was referred to as one of the male stars of the ballet alongside Anders Selinder, Per Christian Johansson and Carl Wilhelm Silfverberg. He was deputy Ballet Master of the Royal Ballet from 1846-1851. Lisa Erlandsdotter
Lisa Erlandsdotter (1774–1854) was a Swedish artist (tapestry maker). Daughter of the gardener Erland Hallberg and Anna Maria Kristoffersdotter and the sister of Sven Erlandsson (1768–1853) and Katarina Erlandsdotter (1771–1848); the three siblings all became known as artists, and are counted among the most prominent within their craft in 18th-century Sweden.Svenskt konstnärslexikon (Swedish Art dictionary) Allhems Förlag, Malmö (1952) Lisa made Bonadsmålning, a Swedish art form, which is a type of painted tapestry of textile used for decoration, largely among the peasantry. Stor-Stina
Kristina Katarina "Stina Kajsa" Larsdotter (19 January 1819, in Brännäs, Malå – 27 May 1854), known as Långa lappflickan (The Tall Laponia Girl), The Lapland Giantess, and Stor-Stina (Big Stina), was a Swedish Sami, who aroused great attention among her contemporaries because of her height. She was 210 cm (6 feet 10.7 inches) tall. From 1837 onward, she toured Sweden, Great Britain, Denmark, France and Russia exhibiting herself for money under the stage name "The Lapland Giantess - Tallest Woman in the World". Stor-Stina eventually returned to her family in Brännäs in Malå. She died of gangrene. She is portrayed in the 1981 novel ''Långa lappflickan'' by Åke Lundgren, and in the 2012 novel ''Rekviem för en vanskapt'' by Mattias Hagberg. Anna Leonore König, née ''Falck'' (29 October 1771 – 20 March 1854), was a Swedish singer and musician (keyboard). She was solo singer in the "Musikaliska inrättningen" (The Musical Institution) in Norrköping in 1797–1801. She was married to Georg Henric König. Prince Carl Oscar, Duke Of Södermanland
Prince Carl Oscar of Sweden, Duke of Södermanland (Carl Oscar Vilhelm Frederik; 14 December 1852 – 13 March 1854) was a prince of Sweden and Norway. Biography Born in Stockholm, Carl Oscar was the only son and younger child in the marriage of Crown Prince Charles (later King Charles XV and IV) of the United Kingdoms of Sweden and Norway (1826–1872) and Princess Louise of the Netherlands (1828–1871). He had one elder sibling, Louise of Sweden who would become Queen of Denmark. In February 1854 the young prince suffered from measles and was prescribed a cold bath. This led to pneumonia, and the prince died when he was little over a year old. He is interred in Riddarholmskyrkan in Stockholm.
