There are two National Seals of the Republic of China (), namely the Seal of the Republic of China () and the Seal of Honor (). The Seal of the Republic of China is the official seal of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Seal of Honor is used by the head of state in the conferring of honors. Design and measurements The Seal of the Republic of China is made of green jadeite and weighs 3.2 kg. It is 10 cm in height, with 4.3 cm being the height of the body. Han Taiwanese, Taiwanese Han (), Taiwanese Han Chinese, or Han Chinese are Taiwanese people of full or partial ethnic Han descent. The Constitution of the Republic of China is the fifth and current constitution of the Republic of China (ROC), ratified by the Kuomintang during the session on 25 December 1946, in Nanjing, and adopted on 25 December 1947. Taiwanese Mandarin, ''Guoyu'' ( zh, s=, t=國語, p=Guóyǔ, l=National Language, first=t) or ''Huayu'' ( zh, s=, t=華語, p=Huáyǔ, first=t, l=Mandarin Language, labels=no) refers to Mandarin Chinese spoken in Taiwan. New Taipei City
New Taipei City is a special municipality located in northern Taiwan. The city is home to an estimated population of 3,974,683 as of 2022, making it the most populous city of Taiwan, and also the second largest special municipality by area, behind Kaohsiung.
