Žan Benedičič
Žan Benedičič (born 3 October 1995) is a Slovenian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Celje. Benedičič has also represented the Slovenia national under-21 football team. Club career Milan After progressing through the youth ranks at Milan, Benedičič broke into the Milan Primavera side. For the Primavera side for the 2013–14 season, Benedičič made 35 appearances in all competitions scoring 6 goals. During the 2014–15 pre-season, he was called up to the Milan senior team for the tour of the US by new Milan manager and his former youth coach Filippo Inzaghi, but on 29 July 2014, he flew home from the tour, strengthening speculation that he was preparing to sign on loan for Leeds United. On 30 July his agent Amir Ružnić confirmed Benedičič was close to a move to Leeds. Kranj
Kranj (, german: Krainburg) is the third-largest city in Slovenia, with a population of 37,941 (2020). It is located approximately northwest of Ljubljana. The centre of the City Municipality of Kranj and of the traditional region of Upper Carniola (northwestern Slovenia) is a mainly industrial city with significant electronics and rubber industries. The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. The Football Association Challenge Cup, more commonly known as the FA Cup, is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic English football. 2019–20 Slovenian PrvaLiga
The 2019–20 Slovenian PrvaLiga was the 29th edition of the Slovenian PrvaLiga since its establishment in 1991. The season began on 13 July 2019 and was scheduled to end on 15 May 2020. The league was halted on 12 March 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic in Slovenia, and later resumed on 15 June 2020. Celje won their first-ever league title and earned a place in the first qualifying round of the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League. Maribor were the defending champions.
