ŽKK Srbobran
Ženski košarkaški klub Srbobran ( sr-Cyrl, Женски кошаркашки клуб Србобран) is a Serbian women's basketball team from Srbobran, Serbia. The club currently plays in Women's Serbian League. History Ženski košarkaški klub Srbobran was founded 29 January 2005, in 2011 was qualified for the First B league, and a year later the team was placed in the First A league of Serbia when a permanent member of the highest ranks of competition in Serbia. In the 2013–14 season he played in MŽRKL due to cancellation ŽKK Mladi Krajišnik from Banja Luka. Since its founding ŽKK Srbobran took part in competitions for all younger age categories. Arena Sports hall in Srbobran a multi-purpose type which includes: small hall, big hall, gym, bowling, chess hall and restaurant, is also suitable to reflect different aspects of events (festivals, fairs, concerts ...). First Women's Basketball League Of Serbia
The First Women's Basketball League of Serbia (; abbr. ПЖЛС or PŽLS), is a top-tier women's professional basketball league in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). The league is divided into two parts. The first part of the play all the clubs who have won a place in it. In the second part, called the playoffs, they play eight first clubs from the first division. Play starts from the quarter-final of the series, where the winner is decided in two games, the same system is in the semifinals, while the final series game in three wins. Srbobran
Srbobran (, ; ) is a town and municipality located in the South Bačka District of the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. The town is located on the north bank of the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal. The town has a population of 10,496, and the municipality of 14,357 according to 2022 census. The municipality of Srbobran encompasses of town of Srbobran, and two villages: Nadalj and Turija. Slobodan Subić
Slobodan ( sr-Cyrl, Слободан) is a Serbo-Croatian masculine given name which means "free" (''sloboda'' / meaning "freedom, liberty") used among other South Slavs as well. It was coined by Serbian liberal politician Vladimir Jovanović who, inspired by John Stuart Mill's essay ''On Liberty'' baptised his son as Slobodan in 1869 and his daughter Pravda (Justice) in 1871. It became popular in both the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1918–1945) and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945–1991) among various ethnic groups within Yugoslavia and therefore today there are also Slobodans among Croats, Slovenes and other Yugoslav peoples.
