	Şehnaz Dilan Şehnaz Dilan (born Şehnaz Vreskala; August 27, 1960) is a Turkish model, actress, singer and former footballer. Private life Şehna Dilan was born as Şehnaz Vreskala to an Albanian immigrant family from former Yugoslavia in İzmir, Turkey on August 27, 1960. In 2000, she gave birth to a daughter. Career Footballer Inspired by her uncle, who was the regional director in İzmir for football, Dilan began football playing in 1979. She was a member of Filizspor in her hometown, and she became the captain of her team, leading them to a championship title in 1981. Her football career lasted until the end of 1983 when her mother died. She did football training four hours a day. During this time, she performed also other sports like swimming, volleyball and took part at cycling races, but she liked football most. She suffered from an aortic aneurysm on 7 May 2016, before Mother's Day and died on 15 May 2016 at Liv Hospital in Ulus.
