ﾅ「kasz Karol Litewka (Polish: ; born 9 May 1989) is a Polish sociologist and social democratic politician. He was elected in the 2023 parliamentary election to become a member of the Sejm of Poland, from the constituency no. 32, which is centered on the city of Sosnowiec. Biography ﾅ「kasz Litewka was born on 9 May 1989 in Sosnowiec, Poland. He studied sociology at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. From 2014 to 2023, he was a member of the City Council of Sosnowiec. He was a member of the Democratic Left Alliance, and since 2021, he has been a member of its successor, the New Left party. He was elected in the 2023 parliamentary election to become a member of the Seym of Poland, from the constituency no. 32, which is centered on the city of Sosnowiec. He received 40 579 votes. The government of Poland takes the form of a unitary semi-presidential representative democratic republic, whereby the president is the head of state and the prime minister is the head of government.
