Ľudovít Černák
Ľudovít Černák (born October 12, 1951 in Hliník nad Hronom) is a former Slovak politician, businessman and the chairman of the Slovak football club ŠK Slovan Bratislava. A graduate of the Slovak Technical College in Bratislava, he also graduated as an internal aspirant from the Technical College in Košice. In 1990 he completed a three-month Management and Marketing course from the Sandwell College of F and HE. In September 1989, he was chosen as the General Director of ZSNP (a Slovak metallurgy company). In the 1992 elections, he was chosen to be a Member of the Slovak National Council where he was again selected as a member of the government of the Slovak Republic and entrusted to perform the function of the Minister of Economics of the Slovak Republic. ŠK Slovan Bratislava (, "Bratislava Slav") is a football club based in Bratislava, Slovakia, that plays in the Slovak Super Liga. Founded as 1. ČsŠK Bratislava in 1919, the club changed its name to Slovan Bratislava in 1953. Slovan is the most successful team in Slovakia with the most titles in both league and cup in the country. Slovan Bratislava became the first and so far only club in Slovakia as well as former Czechoslovakia to win one of the European cup competitions, the Cup Winners' Cup when they defeated FC Barcelona in the final in Basel in 1969. Slovak Democratic Coalition
The Slovak Democratic Coalition ( sk, Slovenská demokratická koalícia, SDK) was a political party in Slovakia, which existed from 1998 to 2002. SDK coalition The SDK was founded on 3 July 1997 as an electoral coalition, from the five political parties, namely Democratic Union, Christian Democratic Movement, Democratic Party, Social Democratic Party of Slovakia and Green Party in Slovakia. It had great chance to win parliament elections in 1998. The leaders of this coalition were chiefs of respective parties, with Mikuláš Dzurinda as its speaker. The ruling government coalition with the Movement for a Democratic Slovakia as a leader, in response passed a law, which restricted candidature of such coalitions.
