Đặng Thanh Ngân (born September 3, 1999) is a Vietnamese model and beauty pageant titleholder. She was the second runner-up of Miss Ocean Vietnam 2017. She was appointed to represent Vietnam at Miss Supranational 2023 competition, where she finished as fourth runner-up. Early life and education Dang was born on September 3, 1999, in Sóc Trăng, she used to study at Can Tho University but she temporarily put it off. Sóc Trăng (, ) was a former province in the Mekong Delta of Southern Vietnam, with its capital in Sóc Trăng. The province occupies an area of and has a population of approximately 1,213,400. Etymology Sóc Trăng was known as Ba Xuyên during Minh Mạng's admininistration. Miss Supranational 2023 was the 14th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, held at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Lesser, Poland, on 14 July 2023. Tiền Giang was a former province in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. The province was formed in February 1976, by the merger of Định Tường and Gò Công provinces of former Republic of Vietnam.
