Ljusterö
Ljusterö is an island in Sweden. It is in the northern part of the Stockholm archipelago in ÖsterÃ¥ker Municipality, Stockholm County. It is approximately 65 kilometers north of central Stockholm. With an area of 62.05 km², it is the 17th largest island in the country. The island is accessed from the mainland by regular ferries from ÖstanÃ¥ as well as by boat from central Stockholm. It has approximately 1,500 permanent residents and 25,000-30,000 residents during the summer season due to the large number of summer houses. Administrative history Ljusterö was originally its own municipality until 1967, when it became part of ÖsterÃ¥ker Municipality. Värmdö Municipality
Värmdö Municipality (''Värmdö kommun'') is a municipality in Stockholm County in east central Sweden. Its seat is in the town of Gustavsberg, with a population of 9,682 (2005), on the main island at an elevation of . The municipality is named after the main island Värmdön, in size. The municipality in its present form was created in 1974, when "old" Värmdö was amalgamated with Gustavsberg (which had been detached from it in 1902) and Djurö. Geography The municipality consists of 10,000 islands, all part of Stockholm archipelago. The larger islands are Värmdö, Ingarö, Fågelbrolandet, Djurö/Vindö, Svartsö, Möja, Runmarö and Nämdö. Grinda is an island located in the Stockholm archipelago, Sweden. It is located south of Ljusterö, east of Vaxholm and west of Svartsö and Möja Möja is an island in the Stockholm archipelago in Sweden. Möja is one of the most popular islands in the archipelago for travelers and boaters, and is also fairly large. Möja is frequented by the ferries of Waxholmsbolaget Waxholms Ångfart ....
