Óscar Tigreros
Óscar Eduardo Tigreros Urbano (born 28 July 1997) is a Colombian freestyle wrestler. He won the gold medal in the men's 57 kg event at the 2022 Bolivarian Games held in Valledupar, Colombia. He is also a South American Games gold medalist and two-time Pan American runner-up. He competed in the men's 57kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Career In 2018, he won the silver medal in the 57kg event at the Pan American Wrestling Championships and the silver medal in the 57kg event at the South American Games in Cochabamba, Bolivia. That year, he also won one of the bronze medals in the 57kg event at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games held in Barranquilla, Colombia. He won the silver medal in the 57kg event at the 2019 Pan American Wrestling Championships held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The 2018 South American Games was a multi-sport event that took place in Cochabamba, Bolivia. It was the 11th edition of the ODESUR South American Games. The XII South American Games (Spanish: ''XII Juegos Suramericanos Asunción 2022'') was a multi-sport event held between 1–15 October 2022 in Asunción, Paraguay. 2022 World Wrestling Championships
The 2022 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held between 10 and 18 September 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia. The UWW Bureau approved the candidature of Belgrade, Serbia as the host of the 2023 Senior World Championships. However, due to the restrictions on Russia for hosting World Championships in 2021–2022, Belgrade replaced the former city of Krasnoyarsk as the World Championships host for 2022. For 2023 the World Championships host will be reallocated to Russia. In addition, Russian and Belarusian athletes have been banned from 2022 World Championships. The 2020 Olympic Wrestling Pan American Qualification Tournament was the first regional qualifying tournament for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
