Éverton Santos
Éverton Leandro dos Santos Pinto or simply Éverton Santos (born 14 October 1986 in São José dos Campos, São Paulo state) is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays as a forward. Career He started his career playing in the youth groups of São José EC. On 2 March 2010 Goiás Esporte Clube signed the striker on loan from Paris Saint-Germain. On 21 March 2011, Éverton Santos moved to the South Korean K League Classic side Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma on a loan deal, which was made permanent after paying overdue wages for about €75K. On 17 July 2014, Éverton moved to the South Korean K League Classic side FC Seoul. On 28 July 2015, he joined Ulsan Hyundai. In August 2017, Santos signed for Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City. In September 2018, Santos moved to fellow Indian club ATK. São José dos Campos (, meaning Saint Joseph of the Fields) is a major city and the seat of the Municipalities of Brazil, municipality of the same name in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo, Brazil. Ulsan Hyundai FC ( ko, 울산 현대 축구단) is a South Korean professional football club based in Ulsan that competes in the K League 1, the top tier of South Korean football. Founded in 1983 as Hyundai Horang-i, they joined the K League in 1984. Their home ground is Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium. The club is owned by Hyundai Heavy Industries. The Korean FA Cup is a national football cup knockout competition of South Korea, held annually by the Korea Football Association (KFA). Before the FA Cup was established in 1996, two predecessor competitions named All Joseon Football Tournament (1921–1940) and Korean National Football Championship (1946–2000) were played, but the FA Cup did not succeed their records. Indian Super League
The Indian Super League (ISL) is an Indian professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the Indian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Organised by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), and their commercial partners Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL), it is officially known as Hero Indian Super League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp. The league currently comprises 11 clubs. Each season of the tournament generally runs from October to March. The K League 1 (Hangul: K리그1) is the men's top professional football division of the South Korean football league system. The league is contested by twelve clubs. History The South Korean professional football league was founded in 1983 as the "Korean Super League", with five member clubs. The initial five clubs were Hallelujah FC, Yukong Elephants, Pohang Steelworks, Daewoo Royals, Kookmin Bank. Hallelujah FC won the inaugural title, finishing one point ahead of Daewoo Royals to lift the crown.
