Çiçek Island ( tr, Çiçek Adası, literally Island of flower) is an Aegean island of Turkey. It is in Edremit Gulf at and administratively a part of Ayvalık ilçe (district) of Balıkesir Province. Its distance to the nearest point on the mainland (Anatolia) is about . The surface area of the island is and it is covered with olive trees and narcissus. Aegean Sea

Balıkesir Province ( tr, ) is a province in northwestern Turkey with coastlines on both the Sea of Marmara and the Aegean Sea, Aegean. Its adjacent provinces are Çanakkale Province, Çanakkale to the west, İzmir Province, İzmir to the southwest, Manisa Province, Manisa to the south, Kütahya Province, Kütahya to the southeast, and Bursa Province, Bursa to the east. Ayvalık
Ayvalık () is a seaside town on the northwestern Aegean coast of Turkey. It is a district of Balıkesir province. The town centre is connected to Cunda Island by a causeway and is surrounded by the archipelago of Ayvalık Islands, which face the nearby Greek island of Lesbos Ayvalık ('Quince Orchard') was an ancient Aeolian Greek port-town, called (). Edremit Gulf
The Edremit gulf tr, Edremit körfezi el, Αδραμυττηνός κόλπος, Adramyttinós kólpos is an Aegean gulf in Turkey's Balıkesir Province. It is named after Edremit, an ilçe (district) of Balıkesir Province which is situated close to the tip of the gulf at . Biga Peninsula is to the north. The southern coast belongs to the ilçe of Ayvalık, while the western entrance is enclosed with the northern part of the Greek island of Lesbos. Anatolia
