Muuga is a village in Viimsi Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. (retrieved 27 July 2021) It is located about northeast of the centre of Tallinn, just north of Maardu's district of Muuga aedlinn (''Muuga garden city''), on the coast of Muuga Bay. Half of the village's territory is occupied by the Port of Muuga (which also occupies lands from Uusküla and Maardu). Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS (TLT) is a transportation company owned by the city of Tallinn, Estonia. TLT is a result of the merger of Tallinn Bus Company (''Tallinna Autobussikoondis'') and Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus Company (''Tallinna Trammi- ja Trollibussikoondis'') in July 2012. Maardu
Maardu (german: Maart) is a town and a municipality in Harju County, Estonia. It is part of Tallinn metropolitan area. The town covers an area of 22.76 km² and has a population of 16,170 (as of 1 January 2021). The Port of Muuga, the largest cargo port in Estonia, is partly located in Maardu.
