Southern Command (Israel)

The Southern Command (Hebrew: פיקוד דרום, romanized: Pikud Darom), often abbreviated to Padam (פד"מ), is a regional command of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). It is responsible for the Negev, the Arava, and Eilat.
