Sephardic Haredim

Sephardic Haredim are Jews of Sephardi and Mizrahi descent who are adherents of Haredi Judaism. According to Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, Sephardic Jews are called Sepharadim (Hebrew for "Iberians") because they accepted guidance from the Rambam, known as "The Spaniard".
