Kocaeli Province

Kocaeli Province (Turkish: Kocaeli ili, pronounced [koˈdʒaeli]) is a province and metropolitan municipality of Turkey and one of only three not to have the same official name as its capital, İzmit, which is thus also sometimes called Kocaeli.
