Kleinman symmetry
Kleinman symmetry, named after Americanphysicist D.A. Kleinman, gives a method of reducing the number of distinct coefficients in the rank-3 second order nonlinear optical susceptibility when the applied frequencies are much smaller than any resonant frequencies.
