Hermann Niehoff

Hermann Niehoff (3 April 1897 – 5 November 1980) was a German general during World War II. In 1944, he was a lieutenant general and commander of Heeresgebiet Sudfrankreich (Army Group Southern France) facing the US/French invasion of southern France (Operation Dragoon).
