Drepung Monastery (Tibetan: འབྲས་སྤུངས་དགོན་པ, Wylie: 'bras spungs dgon pa, THL: drépung gönpa, "Rice Heap Monastery"), located at the foot of Mount Gephel, is one of the "great three" Gelug monasteries of Tibet.
