Demophilus of Thespiae

Demophilus (Greek: ΔημόφιλοςDemophilos), according to Herodotus, was the commander of a contingent of 700 Thespians at the Battle of Thermopylae (480 BC). His father was Diadromes (Διαδρόμης).
