Wiedemann–Rautenstrauch (WR) syndrome (German pronunciation:), also known as neonatal progeroid syndrome, is a rare autosomal recessiveprogeroid syndrome. There have been over 30 cases of WR. WR is associated with abnormalities in bone maturation, and lipids and hormone metabolism.
