The Rush Hour (Triple M)

The Rush Hour (also billed as The Rush Hour with JB and Billy) is an Australian drive-time sports and comedy radio programme broadcast on the Triple M network. Originating from Triple M Melbourne in April 2010, the flagship show is co-hosted by television presenter and former cricketer James Brayshaw alongside former AFL footballer Billy Brownless.

While the programme primarily serves Victorian audiences, it is syndicated live across Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia. Between 2022 and 2024, parent company Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) expanded the Rush Hour brand into a network-wide drive strategy featuring dedicated local editions in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. In 2025, network executives consolidated programming across AFL-focused markets, syndicating the Melbourne flagship to Adelaide and Perth while non-AFL markets transitioned to alternative network programmes.
