Tachibana Muneshige

Tachibana Muneshige (立花宗茂; December 18, 1567 – November 15, 1643) was a Japanese samurai and daimyo in the Azuchi–Momoyama period and the Edo period. He served as the daimyo of the Yanagawa Domain from 1587 to 1600, and again from 1620 to 1638, and as the daimyo of the Tanagura Domain from 1606 to 1620. In addition, he was the head of the Tachibana clan.
