Noah Strausser Speer Wyle (; born June 4, 1971) is an American actor, television director, producer and writer. He is best known for portraying Dr. John Carter in the NBC medical drama ER (1994–2005) and Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch in the HBO Max medical drama The Pitt (2025–present). These performances earned him six Actor Awards, a Golden Globe Award and two Primetime Emmy Awards.

Wyle is also known for his work on TNT, portraying Steve Jobs in the television film Pirates of Silicon Valley (1999), Flynn Carsen in The Librarian franchise (2004, 2006, 2008, 2014–2018), and Tom Mason in the science fiction series Falling Skies (2011–2015). He was nominated for a Critics' Choice Award for his performance in the CBS miniseries The Red Line (2019). He was part of the ensemble cast of the Prime Video crime dramedyLeverage: Redemption (2021–2025). In addition to his television career, Wyle had supporting roles in films such as A Few Good Men (1992), Donnie Darko (2001), and Enough (2002). He served as artistic producer of the Blank Theatre Company in Los Angeles for over 20 years.
