As of 2025, the population of the MSA was estimated at 427,551. The broader Myrtle Beach–Conway, SC Combined Statistical Area (CSA) includes the adjacent Murrells Inlet micropolitan area (Georgetown County, South Carolina), with an estimated population of 493,463 in 2025. From 2013 to 2023, Brunswick
