While working as an RN in the ER, Terri had a fling with Dr. Jack Quade, but was always uncomfortable about their age difference. Her closest confidante and friend was Von. Terri eventually becomes guardian of Mitch's child Lucy. Lucy's mum, Rose is murdered shortly after Mitch's death, and her grandmother Victoria who was looking after her for a couple of years dies in surgery. Terri leaves All Saints to spend as much time as possible with Lucy, starting with a holiday to Mitch's homeland of Scotland.
