Greenberg Traurig is an American law firm founded in Miami in 1967 by Mel Greenberg, Larry J. Hoffman, and Robert H. Traurig.

As of 2025, it is the eighth-largest law firm in the United States. The firm has 51 locations in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia, and approximately 3,200 attorneys worldwide as of 2026. Its 2025 revenue was over $2.9 billion.
