Frankfurt-Hahn Airport

At the request of Ryanair, the major operator of flights to/from the airport, the airport was named Frankfurt-Hahn Airport from 2001 until its acquisition by Triwo Travvex Group in 2023, when the name was changed back to Hahn Airport. However, according to the German air navigation services provider Deutsche Flugsicherung, its official name is still Frankfurt-Hahn Airport.
