The Western Conference (French: Conférence de l'Ouest), originally the Clarence Campbell Conference (or Campbell Conference for short), is one of two conferences in the National Hockey League (NHL) used to divide teams. It and its counterpart, the Eastern Conference, each have 16 teams organized into two divisions. The Clarence S. Campbell Bowl is awarded annually to the Western Conference champion.
