Barbara H. Partee

Barbara Hall Partee (born June 23, 1940) is an American linguist and Distinguished University ProfessorEmerita of Linguistics and Philosophy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass). She is known as a pioneer in the field of formal semantics.
