Achaemenes (satrap)

Achaemenes (Old Persian: Haxāmaniš; Ancient Greek: Akhaiménēs, also incorrectly called Achaemenides by Ctesias) was an Achaemenid general and satrap of ancient Egypt during the early 5th century BC, at the time of the 27th Dynasty of Egypt.
