2025 New Orleans Saints season

The 2025 season was the New Orleans Saints' 59th in the National Football League (NFL), their 50th to host games at the Caesars Superdome and their first under head coachKellen Moore. They improved on last year’s 5–12 record after a Week 17 win against the Tennessee Titans.

After starting 2–10 for the first time since 1999, the Saints began to heat up, winning four of their last five games, but they were still eliminated from playoff contention for the 5th consecutive season after losing in week 13 to the Dolphins.

During a game in Week 8 against the division rivalTampa Bay Buccaneers, quarterback Spencer Rattler was benched in favor of rookie Tyler Shough due to his poor performance. Shough was named the starter the following week in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams and remained the starter for the remainder of the season.

The New Orleans Saints drew an average home attendance of 70,012, the 14th-highest of all NFL teams.
