Thorsten Quaeschning

Thorsten Quaeschning (born 23 February 1977) is a German musician. He is the bandleader of the electronic music group Tangerine Dream which he joined in 2005. He was chosen to continue as leader of the group by founder Edgar Froese shortly before his death in 2015. He performs synthesizers, vocals, guitar and drums. Early lifeQuaeschning was born in 1977 in Berlin to a classically trained, music-loving family.
