Geography

Wayne Township covers an area of and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains two cemeteries: Bethel and Kerlin. Horseshoe Lake, Muskrat Lake, New Mud Lake and Old Mud Lake are within this township. The stream of Contrary Creek runs through this township.
