Nearby elevations include Školj Hill () to the west, Sharp Peak (''Ostri vrh'', ) to the southeast, and Tibot Hill () to the south. Pralo Creek is fed by a spring south of Vrtovče; the site is known as Pri Studencu (literally, 'at the spring').
