Album cover

The album cover features the famous photograph The Last Jew in Vinnitsa. In an interview with the Songfacts site in 2015, Miret explained, "It was a pretty intense photo. But that was the purpose of it. I wanted people to see that and know that it did happen, and it can happen again. That person probably never did anything wrong in his life. That was the way it is. That was sad. But we see it happening all over again, don't we?"
