Stardust is an Ethereal, an energy being and herald of Galactus. The first planet she fed to Galactus was New Korbin, after she slaughtered most of the planet's inhabitants. This leads her to confront Beta Ray Bill before being sucked into a black hole. In '' Annihilation'', Stardust resurfaces and helps battle Annihilus' Annihilation Wave, which kills most of the Ethereal.
