Ruth Cameron
FInstP FIOM3 is a British
materials scientist and professor at the
University of Cambridge. She is co-director of the Cambridge Centre for Medical Materials. She studies materials that interact therapeutically with the body.

Cameron completed her PhD in physics at the University of Cambridge.
Research and career
Cameron's research considers materials which interact therapeutically with the body. She is interested in
musculoskeletal repair. Her research considers bioactive biodegradable composites, biodegradable polymers, tissue engineered scaffold and surface patterning.
