Hispanic (U.S. Census), Hispanic or Latino (U.S. Census), Latino of any race were 623 persons (20.7%). The Census reported that 2,980 people (98.8% of the population) lived in households, 36 (1.2%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0 (0%) were institutionalized. There were 1,207 households, out of which 332 (27.5%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 780 (64.6%) were marriage, opposite-sex married couples living together, 88 (7.3%) had a female householder with no husband present, 49 (4.1%) had a male householder with no wife present.
