Personal life

Rickea and fellow WNBA player, Betnijah Laney-Hamilton share a godmother, Debra Walker, who played with Laney-Hamilton's mother Yolanda on the historic Cheyney State Lady Wolves basketball team. In July 2024, Jackson became the first WNBA player to sign a shoe deal with Skechers.
