According to the
2011 Census of India, Radhanagar had a total population of 5,335 of which 2,662 (50%) were males and 2,673 (50%) were females. Population below 6 years was 500. The total number of literates in Radhanagar was 3,428 (70.90% of the population over 6 years).

Education
Radhanagar High School is a Bengali-medium coeducational institution established in 1938. It has facilities for teaching from class V to class XII. The school has 20 computers, a library with 3,000 books and a playground.
