* Nursing and Midwifery
* Practice Management
* Other Professional Staff
* Patient Issues

* Prescribing/Repeat Prescribing
* The Practice as a Learning Organisation
After the evidence is completed, an onsite visit during a normal working day is made, to assess the practice and interview staff.
