Protect formerly Public Concern at Work (PCaW) is a
whistleblowing charity operating in the United Kingdom. Established in 1993, Protect advises individuals with whistleblowing concerns at work, supports organisations with their whistleblowing arrangements and informs public policy and seeks legislative change.

History
Protect, formerly Public Concern at Work, changed its name in September 2018 to better reflect the work it does supporting whistleblowers and organisations. Protect seeks to promote the public interest by ensuring concerns about wrongdoing, risk, and malpractice are properly raised and addressed in the workplace. Protect also campaigns for legal reform.
In 2023 the organisation celebrated its 30th anniversary, having advised over 50,000 individuals.
