Demographics

At the 2000 census there were 39 people, 19 households, and 12 families living in the CDP. The population density was 188.2/km (502.1/mi). There were 69 housing units at an average density of 333.0/km (888.3/mi). The racial makeup of the CDP was 100.00% White. Of the 19 households 15.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.9% were married couples living together, 5.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.6% were non-families. Of all households 31.6% were one person and 21.1% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.05 and the average family size was 2.54. The age distribution was 17.9% under the age of 18, 10.3% from 25 to 44, 35.9% from 45 to 64, and 35.9% 65 or older. The median age was 58 years. For every 100 females, there were 85.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 113.3 males.
