Of the 190 households 29.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.6% were married couples living together, 20.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.1% were non-families. 30.5% of households were one person and 18.4% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 2.98. The age distribution was 26.1% under the age of 18, 7.0% from 18 to 24, 24.4% from 25 to 44, 22.4% from 45 to 64, and 20.0% 65 or older. The median age was 40 years.
