Längfors grew up in Tråvad near Vara, Sweden and started playing golf at Vara-Bjertorp Golf Club in 2006. In 2010, he moved to

when he was accepted to the golf riksidrottsgymnasium program in Klippan/Ljungbyhed, where he became classmates with Elin Arvidsson and Lynn Carlsson, and coached by Hans Larsson. He turned professional after graduating in 2013. Längfors joined the

in 2014. Between 2016 and 2018 he won four titles, one each in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany. Längfors secured his

card for 2019 at Q-School. His best finish in his rookie season came at ISPS Handa World Super 6 Perth, where he shot an eight-under-par 64 and was the top seed heading into the final match-play round, ultimately finishing 9th. In 2024, he joined the
