Later, his son Nguyễn Phúc Ánh posthumously gave him the title ''Nhân Minh Cẩn Hậu Khoan Dụ Ôn Hòa Hiếu Khang Hoàng Đế'' (仁明謹厚寬裕溫和孝康皇帝).
