On November 1, 2023, Nautilus, Inc. changed its name to BowFlex, Inc. On March 5, 2024, BowFlex filed for bankruptcy. The bankruptcy resulted in JohnsonHealthTech acquiring the BowFlex, Schwinn, and JRNY brands.
